How to reach the ChatAve team: what to write about, what to include, and what to do first if your issue is with a specific stranger.

Before you write: the two fastest fixes

Most bad moments on ChatAve don’t need an email. If a stranger is the problem, skip ends the chat instantly and report sends it to review — that pair solves almost everything in seconds. If the question is about how something works, the help center answers the common ones faster than we can type a reply.

What to contact us about

Write to us for things only the team can fix: coin purchases and payment questions, account problems, data and privacy requests, safety concerns that go beyond a single report, press and partnership inquiries, and bugs — especially anything reproducible on a specific device or browser.

What to include

The details that make a first reply useful: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, your device and browser, and roughly when it happened (with your time zone). For payment questions, include the order reference from your confirmation — never your full card number. For safety issues, tell us what happened and when; do not include anyone else’s personal information.

How to reach us

Use the contact form on this site — it routes to the team that handles your topic and keeps the thread in one place. Support runs on business hours, and most messages get a first human reply within a couple of working days. Safety reports made through the in-chat report button are reviewed on a separate, faster track than general mail.

Privacy and legal requests

For access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, say clearly which right you’re exercising and which part of ChatAve it concerns — the privacy policy explains what we hold and why. Legal correspondence should also go through the contact form, marked accordingly, so it reaches the right people instead of the support queue.

A note on tone

The person reading your message is the same kind of person you’d want on the other side of a chat. Angry is fine — broken things are frustrating — but the clearer the facts, the faster the fix. And if everything is actually working and you just wanted to say the product made your night: those get read too, and they make ours. Now go meet new people.
